This information is provided by the Department of General Services to be a helpful tool for state workers who use state fleet vehicles in the course of their work.

Since its inception in 1990, the State of Maryland Automated Fuel Dispensing and Management System has grown to over 100 refueling sites at convenient locations throughout the state. The system dispenses gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oil and alternative clean burning fuel such as E85.

The success of the program is due in large part to the cooperation of each agency and every driver of state vehicles. Your acceptance of, and enthusiasm for, the system has been most gratifying. Where necessary, you have altered your driving patterns and refueling habits, contributing greatly to the efficiency and resultant savings the system provides. We look forward to your continued cooperation.
