Maryland State and local agencies, as well as not-for-profit organizations within the State, can access expert decarbonization support through three consulting firms currently under contract with DGS.
The firms listed below were selected as the top responders to DGS’s July 2023 Request for Proposals. Select a firm to view their decarbonization presentation.
Each firm offers specialized expertise in financial analysis and technical recommendations for decarbonizing individual buildings and campus environments. The firms have several years of experience in decarbonization planning and are familiar with Maryland’s Building Energy Performance Standard (BEPS) regulations.
Contract Availability
These contracts are available for use by Maryland State agencies, local entities, and not-for-profit organizations operating in the State.
Work Order Requests
