​​Charging at State Facilities

At facilities across the state, you will find either state-owned charging stations or utility installations as part of our partnership through the PSC pilot program. Some state-owned stations are designated for fleet vehicles only, while all utility installations are open to employees and the general public.

To initiate a charging session, you will need a fleet RFID card for the charger’s network. You can request a card from your fleet manager. Please see the FAQ​ section for more information.

The Maryland General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Audits operates a toll-free fraud hotline to receive allegations of fraud and/or abuse of State government resources. Information reported to the hotline in the past has helped to eliminate certain fraudulent activities and protect State resources.
