FY25 Annual Inventory Reporting Process
The Department of General Services (DGS) is responsible for prescribing standards for controlling inventory as well as establishing the means for the State to determine the total values of those inventories.
As outlined in the DGS Inventory Control Manual, State government units must submit Annual Inventory Reports based on their inventory at the end of each fiscal year. These reports cover Fixed Assets, Materials & Supplies, and Missing or Stolen Personal State Property. All Annual Inventory Reports are subject to audit.
For FY25, agencies will submit their Annual Inventory Reports to DGS using a Google Survey. This streamlined approach enhances efficiency in inventory reporting and data collection.
All Reports must be submitted by September 15th and are as follows:
