To ensure timely and effective follow-up, please provide accurate and complete information when submitting your request. This helps our maintenance team address the issue efficiently. Be sure to include the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Agency Name

  • ​Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • DGS-Managed Building Location​

  • Specific Location of the Issue (within the building or on the property)

  • Brief Description of the Issue

Providing accurate details helps us address issues more quickly and keep DGS facilities safe and well-maintained.
