The Real Estate Advisory Committee was established in 2026 to advise the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS), the Board of Public Works, and the Maryland General Assembly on commercial real estate trends and best practices for managing State-owned and leased properties.

The committee provides industry expertise and reviews the State's long-term real estate plans and goals to help inform decisions about Maryland's real estate portfolio.
